Creating Dual-Purpose Videos to Support Recruitment and Sales

As part of a larger rebrand and website refresh initiative with our team, EK wanted to add high-quality video to their marketing toolkit. They needed:

  • A recruitment video to attract top talent by showcasing their modern campus, employee culture, and career opportunities.
  • A sales video to strengthen prospect conversations, highlight capabilities, and build credibility with new and existing customers.

The goal was to create two distinct but complementary videos that would help EK grow both their workforce and their customer base.

Combining Drone, Interview, and Motion Graphics to Tell EK’s Story

  • Editing & Motion Graphics: built polished final videos with branded graphics, voiceover, and professional audio.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: embedded videos on the new website, linked them in employee email signatures, and gave the sales team assets to share directly with prospects.

By capturing all footage for both videos in a single production schedule, we built efficiency into the process and created a library of visuals that could also be used throughout their new website.
